Which is the best photography book for beginners to start with?
The Beginner's Photography Guide: The Ultimate Step-by-Step Manual for Getting the Most from Your Digital Camera is a great book for beginners and to understand how to make the most out of your new DSLR you need to know the basics that give. If you are an beginner who doesn't know what the difference is in focus, shutter speed, or aperture, this book will help you a lot in deciding how to use these national settings to create the image you want.
After I read the first 3/4 of the book, I felt that I had not only the knowledge I needed to get the pictures I wanted, but also to focus on any illuminated images. The book didn't make me an expert but it certainly gained the confidence to adjust the manual to my camera.
The book I bought to use as a textbook for a beginner photography course that I will teach is thoughtfully crafted, concise and organized. I especially appreciate how each topic is presented in three steps: "Introduce" (a mile-high, conceptual aspect, blocked with details), "Interpretation" (provide a fair amount of detail for any beginner), and "Apply" (Provides illustrated tutorials that practice theory. And at only $ 13 or more, this book presents a great value.
This book has limited photographic knowledge so it would be fine for the picture novice, but it is a brief but useful explanation and really great illustrative photo that was easily spread and anyone can benefit from it with many good ideas from the book. Another good thing is that the topics and details are clear, precise, but not very wordy. Both the narration and the visual are enough to describe the subject well. I recently purchased several similar books and this is my favorite and I learned what I wanted to learn. For those who are in my situation, it is very useful and highly recommended for beginners photography book.
